YouTube API Services
JTeam YouTube Tools uses YouTube API Services. By using JTeam YouTube Tools, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
本服務使用 YouTube API 服務。使用本服務即表示你同意遵守 YouTube 服務條款。Google 如何處理資料，請見 Google 隱私權政策。
Who uses this service / 使用者
JTeam YouTube Tools is a private tool used only by the owner of the Tristan YouTube channel. Only the owner signs in with Google and authorizes access to their own channel. The management interface is protected and not accessible to the public.
本服務是私人工具，只有 Tristan YouTube 頻道的經營者使用。只有經營者用 Google 帳號登入並授權存取自己的頻道；管理介面受到保護，不對外公開。
Data we access and store / 存取與儲存的資料
With the owner's authorization, we access the following through YouTube API Services:
- Owner's Google account: email address (to show which account is connected) and an OAuth refresh token, stored encrypted.
- Owner's channel: channel ID and title, video IDs, titles, publish times, durations, privacy status, and statistics (views, likes, comment counts, watch time, average view duration and percentage, subscribers gained).
- Comments on the owner's videos: comment ID, text, commenter's display name and channel ID, like count, publish time, and the earlier replies in the same thread. These are needed to draft and post replies.
We do not collect passwords, payment information, or any data from people who do not interact with the channel.
經營者授權後，我們透過 YouTube API 服務存取：
- 經營者的 Google 帳號：電子郵件（顯示連結的是哪個帳號）與加密儲存的 OAuth refresh token
- 經營者的頻道：頻道 ID 與名稱、影片 ID、標題、發布時間、長度、隱私狀態與成效數字（觀看、按讚、留言數、觀看時間、平均觀看時長與比例、帶來的訂閱）
- 經營者影片上的留言：留言 ID、內容、留言者的顯示名稱與頻道 ID、按讚數、時間，以及同一串的前文；用來草擬與送出回覆
我們不收集密碼、付款資訊，也不收集沒有和頻道互動的人的資料。
How we use data / 資料用途
- To upload the owner's videos and set their metadata, thumbnails and playlists
- To show new comments to the owner and draft reply suggestions; replies are posted only after the owner approves them
- To show the channel's statistics to the owner
We never sell or rent data, never use it for advertising, and never post anything without the owner's approval (scheduled uploads are set up by the owner in advance).

我們不販售或出租資料、不用於廣告，也不會在經營者沒有核准的情況下發布任何內容（排程上傳是經營者事先設定的）。
Sharing and service providers / 分享與服務商
- Cloudflare hosts the service and stores the data (Workers, D1 database, R2 storage).
- Anthropic (Claude API) receives the text of new comments, the commenter's display name, the video title and the channel's brand guidelines, only to generate reply drafts. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API inputs are not used to train its models.
- Google / YouTube receives uploads and approved replies through YouTube API Services.
We do not share data with anyone else.

除此之外，我們不與任何人分享資料。
Cookies / Cookie
The public pages do not use cookies. The private management interface uses a short-lived cookie during Google sign-in to prevent cross-site request forgery, and the sign-in cookie of its access-control provider (Cloudflare Access).
公開頁面不使用 cookie。私人管理介面在 Google 登入過程中使用短效 cookie 防止跨站請求偽造，另有存取控制服務（Cloudflare Access）的登入 cookie。
Retention and deletion / 保存與刪除
- Comment data is deleted automatically 30 days after it is first stored.
- Channel and video statistics are refreshed daily and kept while the channel is connected.
- If access is revoked, all stored YouTube data (tokens, comments, videos, statistics) is deleted automatically within 7 days.
You can revoke JTeam YouTube Tools's access to your Google account at any time on the Google security settings page. Commenters who want their comment data deleted earlier can contact us below; we delete it within 7 days.
- 留言資料在第一次儲存後 30 天自動刪除
- 頻道與影片成效每天更新，頻道保持連結期間會保留
- 授權被撤銷後，所有儲存的 YouTube 資料（token、留言、影片、成效）會在 7 天內自動刪除
你隨時可以在 Google 安全性設定頁撤銷本服務對你 Google 帳號的存取權。留言者想提早刪除自己的留言資料，可以透過下方方式聯絡我們，我們會在 7 天內刪除。
